Graduate Planner

nineteen47’s Sheffield office are looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Planner/Planner with 0-3 years experience to join our team.

Within this full-time role, you will work on exciting new development projects, spanning sectors including residential, commercial, blue light, healthcare, sports 
and education, as well as mixed use regeneration projects such as Sheffield’s Heart of the City development. Strong organisational skills and a developing understanding of the planning system are essential.

Your role will include:

•  Supporting key planning tasks and project delivery

•  Undertaking site visits and planning appraisals, and helping shape strategies

•  Assisting with the preparation, submission and negotiation of planning applications and appeals

•  Coordinating with project teams, stakeholders and community consultations

•  Supporting the preparation of local plan representations.
