What You'll Do:

· Manage Planning Projects: Oversee planning projects from start to finish, ensuring projects meet high standards and add value.

· Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service.

· Strategic Advice: Provide strategic advice and innovative solutions.

· Documentation: Oversee planning applications and related documentation.

· Mentorship: Mentor junior team members, promoting a supportive and creative culture.

· Business Development: Contribute to business development and identify new opportunities.

· Collaboration: Collaborate with our urban designers to deliver comprehensive results.

· Representation: Represent nineteen47 at meetings and events.

What You Need:

· Degree in Town Planning: Essential for all roles.

· Chartered Membership of RTPI or Equivalent: Required for Principals and Associate Directors.

· Experience:

o Planners: 3+ years in planning consultancy.

o Principals: 5+ years in planning consultancy.

o Associate Directors: 8+ years in planning consultancy.

· Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the UK planning system.

· Skills: Excellent communication skills, strategic and innovative thinking.

· Software Proficiency: A plus for all roles.
