Marketing Coordinator

Marketing Coordinator

Full time, permanent, hybrid | Sheffield

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Coordinator to raise the profile of nineteen47 and support our growth. As our first dedicated marketing role, this is an opportunity to shape how we approach marketing and make the role your own. This varied, hands-on position covers content, digital marketing, events and business development, giving you the opportunity to make a visible impact.

The role

Working with our Directors and teams across the business, you will:

  • Maintain a consistent brand and tone of voice, coordinating external designers, photographers or other suppliers where required.
  • Develop and coordinate the marketing plan, translating business priorities into clear campaigns, content and activity across the year.
  • Manage our website, social media and email marketing, creating and scheduling engaging content that showcases our projects, people, expertise and culture.
  • Work with colleagues across all offices to identify news, project stories and sector insight, shaping these into case studies, awards entries, presentations and other marketing materials.
  • Plan and deliver client events, networking, sponsorships and industry activity, managing venues, suppliers, invitations, budgets, promotion and follow-up.
  • Support bids, proposals and business development activity with well-written, on-brand materials and timely coordination.
  • Monitor marketing performance and engagement, using analytics, digital tools and AI to improve activity and help the business understand what is working.

What we’re looking for

You’ll bring solid experience in a marketing or communications role, including content, social media or digital campaigns. You may be a marketing graduate, but practical experience is what matters most. You’ll also bring:

  • Experience coordinating client or business events.
  • Excellent organisation, project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Confidence building relationships, working with senior stakeholders and representing a business externally.
  • Experience using website, CRM or email marketing tools and analytics, and managing budgets or external suppliers.
  • A proactive, creative and commercially aware approach.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required.

Experience in professional services, consultancy, planning, property or the built environment would be helpful, but is not essential.

Location and working pattern

The role is based in our Sheffield office, with the option to work from home two days a week when work commitments allow. You will also be required to visit our Nottingham and York offices on occasion as required.

What we offer

Critical illness cover · Income protection · Life assurance · Workplace pension · Private medical insurance · Employee Assistance Programme · Virtual GP service
